• Readers Club signup: First name, email address, and optionally your role (reader, parent, educator). No last name is required.
• Coloring book claims: Order screenshots submitted to claim a free coloring book. These contain order numbers, titles, dates, and shipping addresses as shown on Amazon order pages.
• Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and message content when you contact us directly.

We do not collect payment information. All purchases are handled through Amazon.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics that profile individual visitors.

Information you provide is used only for the purpose it was given:

• Readers Club emails are used to send club updates, early content, and Joe Giant news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Coloring book claim information is used solely to verify the purchase and process the fulfillment of the free coloring book.
• Contact form submissions are used to respond to your message.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.

The Joe Giant Readers Club is open to readers of all ages, including children under 13. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• Readers Club signup for children should be completed by a parent or guardian using the parent's email address.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may use trusted third-party services to operate the website and Readers Club — such as email delivery services. These services process your data only on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person.

Your information is stored securely. We use industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data.

We retain Readers Club email data for as long as you are subscribed. Coloring book claim records are retained for fulfillment purposes and deleted once the claim is processed. Contact form submissions are retained for a reasonable period to allow for follow-up correspondence.
